Booking Policies

Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It goes toward your total balance on the day of your service — never lost, just locked in.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. No-shows require a new deposit to rebook.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals past 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and a new deposit requirement for your next appointment.
