Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It applies toward your total balance on the day of service — never lost, just locked in for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. No-shows require a new deposit to rebook.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals past 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and a new deposit requirement for the next appointment.
