A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It applies to your total — so it's never lost.
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. No-shows require a new one.
A 10-minute grace period is given. Arrivals past 15 minutes may be rescheduled with a new deposit required.
