Studio Rules

Booking Policies

Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It applies toward your total balance on the day of service — it's never lost, just reserved for you in advance.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. No-shows require a new deposit before rebooking.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals past 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and a new deposit requirement for the next available slot.
