We design your pool from scratch and show you a full 3D rendering before anything is approved. Once you sign off, we handle every permit, city submission, and HOA approval ourselves. You don't make a single call to the city — we manage all of it start to finish.

Most of our custom gunite builds in the Austin area start in the mid five figures and scale with size, depth, finishes, and features like spas, tanning ledges, or water features. Rather than quote a vague ballpark, we price every project after walking your yard — so the number you get reflects your real lot and goals.
Yes. We manage the full permitting process with the City of Austin and surrounding municipalities, and we'll prepare the documentation your HOA needs for approval. Handling the paperwork is part of the service — you don't have to chase down a single form.
