Our Process From First Call to First Swim
Step 01
Quote & Site Visit
Fill out our quote form and we review your project within 24 hours. If it's a fit, we call you and schedule a free visit to your property. We walk the yard, assess soil conditions, access points, and what your lot can actually support — no guessing, no ballpark numbers.
Step 02
Design & Permitting
We design your pool from scratch and show you a full 3D rendering before anything is approved. Once you sign off, we handle every permit, city submission, and HOA approval ourselves. You don't make a single call to the city — we manage all of it start to finish.
Step 03
Construction
Our licensed in-house crew handles everything — excavation, gunite shell, plumbing, electrical, coping, tile, and equipment installation. No sub-contractors on structural work. We update you at every milestone so you always know exactly where your project stands.
Step 04
Final Walkthrough & Handover
We walk you through every system before we hand over the keys — how to run your equipment, balance your chemicals, and what to watch for in the first 30 days. Every question answered, every detail explained. Then you jump in.
